We would appreciate if you can check the following prior to your reservation and check in.

Check In and Check Out Time

Regular check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 11 AM, except on some plans.
We would appreciate if you can let us know in case of late check in for our preparation of dinner.

Dinner and Breakfast Time

Dinner time is set for 2 sessions, the first session starts at 5:20 PM,　the second session starts at 7:30 PM. We designate your dinner time during your reservation or check in by considering late check in caused by traffic conditions. Please come to the panoramic view restaurant of Sokai or Shiosai. We would appreciate your kind understanding that we may not be able to reserve your designated time due to heavy bookings.
Bar open（10：00 PM～11：30 PM）at Shiosai on the second floor Breakfast（7：30 AM～10：00 AM）will be served at Sokai or Shiosai.

You might be reported about the reservation status from the hotel beforehand.

We may call you during high season or crowded weekend periods to confirm your reservation several days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Individual guest
No cancellation charge if cancelled 6 days prior to your arrival. 5 to 3 days prior to your arrival : 30% 2 to 1 day(s) prior to your arrival : 50% Arrival day : 70% No cancellation notice: 100% ※Excluding inevitabile conditions such as typhoon and disasters.

Group guest
No cancellation charge if it is cancelled 21 days prior to your arrival. Please contact us directly after 21 days.
